loving the work!!
Also like your spendometer & man hour count!!
Should really keep a track of mine like that, but would have to account for tea and ciggie breaks!!
Keep up the work & hope to see the finished project in person one day!!

nice work. did i spot a litho printing plate used for a template! cunning...!
been using them myself for years though for printing but good idea.
must say that you have an ambitious project on the go. i scrapped a fasty to get some of the parts and panels for my project and i think it was marginally in better condition than the one you have there!
the work done on it was pretty grim so i don't feel too bad about it, and the engine went straight into my bus!
good luck with that project. steve

cheers steve ive done loads of bugs and buses that have been this bad, so not that fazed, just much easyer when the panels are availible at reasonable money .
still makes it cheaper..
this is the last major project i did with a mate , this was worse.
hes goin to volks world show ...

My Beetle was (is still) also a YEL, but 516. I was once sitting in it at a junction and a young lad shouted "516" as he passed! I was a bit puzzled for a moment until my brain got into gear and I worked it out.
