did a few hours today finished the inner wing top and few other odd bits ,connected the steering up to turn her round tommorow...

some more from today replaced heat pipe, remade and boxed in the heater flap then made and added the inner outer sill..

what you using to make up some of these repair sections?
ive got about the same sort or areas to make a start up and havent got any nice metal folding tools just a vice and some dollys

hi all made with a vice and sum dollys long sections clamped inbetween lenght of 2 by 2 and inch sqaure ali bar..
also the round sections bent round old welding gas refill..

A chunk of tree stump helps too if you have compound curves to make.

got new rear panel at shot blasters cheers to panda matt, made a start on rear end .
sum rust.

sum worse rust..

start of repair panels..

new drain flap.

and bumper suport panel need dimensions for were bolt holes go if anyone knows...

some more from weekend..
got my new (second hand ) rear panel back from blasters bit thin in one corner but nice and sraight .
chopped it out and repaired..

then gapped new tailgate and rear panel to mark out were bumper mounts etc to go...

finished the bumper suport panel today ,put box section between it to tie it all together ,real strong...

just got to make the one for other side and weld em on ,oh and rennew all the surronding metal to...

Jesus John, I'm a little embarrassed about my rotten fasty whinge now...it's nothing compared to that square, had i discovered anything like that my head would've been in the oven!!!
