My sweet 1965 1500 "S" Squareback.

Post by WhealerDealer » 2nd February 2010 - 8:50am

Hello

New to this forum, and I want to share my beautyful Sqaure with you all.

Bought this 2 time Bugrun winner i Sweden in August. She is going to the ground and getting Satin Black 5-spokes as soon as this f***ing wheather gets better.

Got new Cocomats from www.cocomats.com in black with blue dots today from UPS - they are great.

Blinds from Australia is monuted in the back.

You Can see pictures here: http://vwnettet.dk/topic/159824

Will post more pics when she has "gone down" on me :-)

Here is a link to a small video I made with my phone:

Very pretty car, and looks as it should - why mess about with its ride height? The Sea blue/Pearl white is a pretty combination - Jorg Fischer in the German Typ3 club has one like that (well, a few years ago he did anyway!).

Well, if all else fails I can put photos on for you, but I resist that to reduce the bandwidth the site needs and keep the cost in check. Most set up a photo account - flickr eg. and put them on that, then you can just copy their URL (right-click and look at properties is easiest) into your post and click on the Img box, which will put Img in front and /Img behind.
Dave.

love the car.
do cocomats have templates for squarebacks?
I would love a set of left hand drive mats for an automatic car.
Post some pictures when you have them fitted - they sound really good.
enjoy the square...

I met a trader at Vanfest last year who did these. I'm sure they were called Mad Matz or Mad Mats & they did T3 sets in all different materials. Just tried googling them...no joy. Does anyone know these guys?? :?
