Re: my 72 fastback
its pulled in a lot but its also upside down as it needed less giggling and cutting that way for some reason
Re: my 72 fastback
haha i would never of guessed it was upside down if u didnt say anything!
i was thinking of pulling mine inn close when i put it on but i havnt looked at it yet was it tricky to do?

Re: my 72 fastback
not overly bit of drilling bit of messing about taking it on and off
would have been easier if i had taken the wings off.
thinking of altering a split bumper eventually as a sort of oversized blade type affair

Re: my 72 fastback
that sounds pretty good, i looked at a few at stonor wondering what one would look like!!
i was thinking of getting a set of early type 3 bumpers with overiders on mine when i can afford it.

Yellow,slow and low!
Re: my 72 fastback
inner wing is just paint i slapped on to cover up a few baremetal patches where i had to clearance for the beam so thought i'd do the whole lot.
but it was originally blue then yellow and now blue again going by thecolours where its been rubbed through.
and it handles country roads fine the roads in rural norfolk are pretty shocking as well.
you just have to take it easy

No not the seat adjusters, the 2 knobs on the dash next to your fuel gauge pod, what do they do....edit...doh,I see what they are now,it's the funny angle,I've never seen the light switch at such a low angle..........lol.

Re: my 72 fastback
sheeeeeeeeeeet thats low
like ive said in my build thread ive had to raise the beam from 3 to 2 splines and tbh
its so much better for my roads (and ive rid the beam of the bolts) but if
you can get around like that then thats really cool man im chuffed 4 ya

Re: my 72 fastback
its not actually that low there is about another 1/2 inch of clearance in flat ground. hence the need a new drive comment
and yeah so far no problems apart from tired shocks and leaves, so can't put a lot of weight in the front at the minute
