Attempted to do some work on the Notch today, Removed the old fibreglass wing...
fitted the new one, but rain stopped play need to refit the light and indicator.
was hoping to fit a least one of the doors I got from Budel...
but will have to do that next week.
big thanks to Mr Jabbo for helping me out today

Had a phone call from my Dad on Thursday saying he has fitted a new(ish) starter motor and a brand new battery to my '63 Notch, she fired into life soon after how happy am I? VERY
The '63 was laid up back in '04 as had trouble starting,
Today I got it out the Garage..........
3 years worth of dust.....
My Two Babies together after Seven years apart......
After a good clean put back in the garage, ready for the MOT in a couple of weeks time.....
NIght night..........
Drove it from one garage to the other (using the back roads) did stall a couple of times, guess just needs timing adjusting.

Red Notch was registered on 3rd Dec 1963, but is '64 'S' model, where as your's is a 'N' model, there are quite a few differences between the two of them, including the Indicators.
not sure what you meen about the fuel cap, mine is under bonnet like yours.
Have you seen the old pics of your Notch here.........

All going well will be off to the MOT station on either Friday (if my boss lets me have the day off) or Sat morning
