Mint condition RHD early fasty- possibly for sale

Post by kinga » 6th August 2018 - 4:04pm

Hi all.
I love my fasty to bits, but we are considering the possibility of a t5 so it may have to go.
It's a rhd 68 auto in beige.
Condition is absolutely mint inside and out..no rust, no 'bubbles, no mismatched paint, no dents, no scratches.
Drives perfect.
Nothing needs doing whatsoever..just get in and drive.
Always had the best of everything..
Seats are perfect, lovely fitted carpets with made to measure herman square weave overmats.
Brand new oem solex carbs (imported from germany).
Isp exhaust.
Alternator conversion.
Retrosound type 3 stereo.
Original wheels with beauty rings or mint sprintstars, both with perfect tyres..your choice.
Oem mudflaps.
Powder coated fuel tank & immaculate under bonnet and boot.
Loads of history.
Top 10 at Deva Dubs show.
Gets a lot of attention.
Turned down a few offers to buy but now considering it.
Looking for £12k, which I think is very reasonable based on the condition & the fact that they don't cone up for sale in this condition very often..buy a cheaper one & start spending!
I can send pictures to any genuinely interested parties (Please.. no photo jockies), unless someone can tell me how I can put them on here.
Car located in Solihull.

Its been covered many times one here but once more wont hurt.

You will need to join a website like flickr or imageshack. You upload the photos there, you then need the direct or img link copy it.

Then on here click full editor and preview. Then at the top of the reply box is a button with a little picture. Click that and you will get img in some brackets. Paste you link between the two imgs and your done.

thanks broady_6, but in the meantime, i've managed to find some piccies of it on the internet - apologies to the previous owner for nicking his piccies, but this was the car before I got it - still in the same condition, although I have changed the wheels, added a few goodies & it is now sitting at stock height (as per the last photo, which is more recent)..

nice to see it's still in mint condition, one of my favourite cars I ever owned!

by the way the fuel tank wasn't powder coated, not by me anyway! I red oxized and then 2pk gloss black it along with everything else underneath!

would love to do another car to this standard again one day..

Thanks for pointing that out Marko..yes it's well pampered & the more I think about it the more I'm having second thoughts about selling it lol.
I'll never find one as good as this again.
It's a credit to your workmanship & skills mate.
