We could do with some sort of info sheet for each one, maybe A4 laminated to put in the window? That wouldn't be too hard to do, and I could get it done if people supply the details. Could be something like this sample:-

Danny i forgot to put myself on the list :shock: .... Cany you put me on (Paul Hayward) Not sure if it will be the notch or the square but i will be there 8)

Tris from poole and a few others are planning on driving up on the sunday morning convoy style...5 am start :shock: :shock: :shock: :lol:

Paul and I decided today, that the easiest place to meet would be Rownhams services, if thats cool with you?
Not sure right now what time, but it WILL be EARLY :shock:

From Rownhams its surprisingly only 2hrs 20mins. I reckon we ought to allow another hour, for petrol stops etc, just to be on the safe side.
So if we need to be there for 9.00 am, then we would need to leave Rownhams by 5.40 am.

We would get to Chieveley services about 6.20 -6.30, where we could meet up with anyone else who might be traveling along the m4??
Its then a further 1hr 45 mins to Stanford, so assuming we went straight away from Chieveley we would get to Stanford for 8.10. Obviously it will be later than that, by the time we've filled up, had a coffee etc etc.

Does that sound good with you guys?

all sounds like a good plan to me Tris 8) ..if your coming down from poole are you able to get back over onto the other side of the services? you gonna be doubling back on yourself a little arnt you?

PS my geography is terrible so please please dont let me drive 1st as we will get lost :lol:
