Looking at replacement rubber seals for the square. 71 model.
Seem to be a few to choose from and varying prices.
Has anyone tried the Vewib door seals? Or can recommend which to buy.

They look to be grey and original were black. I am after quality as the car is a keeper.
cheers

The originals were actually grey - they had stuff like talcum powder on them (which actually preserves the rubber). When that gets washed off, they go black.
I can't see any listed on Vewib (? VW emporium) site. ISP looks out of stock.

Cool
I have ordered some of the German made Vewib ones from Deimos Air-Cooled http://www.deimosaircooled.com/products ... ndow-seals
expensive but less than a few other parts sellers, and in stock

Not sure on the seals, but the genuine steering coupling I bought last week came in Vewib packaging and was a pukka VW/Audi badged item, not sure if the seals will be too?
