Hi,
I'm looking for a rebuild kit for an early Type 3 master cylinder, any help in finding one would be ace thanks.
More brake help needed please?
Re: More brake help needed please?
Which year? There are a few different types.
I only have 20.64 (upto 64) kits - I'm guessing yours is later (sea blue?) so will require a 19.05mm kit (should be cast "19" on the side).
I've never tried it, but in theory you should be able to use the seals out of a single circuit Type 1 kit as the bore is the same - just re-use your piston and return spring as the stroke will be different.
I have some complete NOS cylinders, but need to check which ones I have.
