Not sure what your asking. But I assume you mean you have lower the car and now it has no suspension travel at the front. So I assume you have lowered it on to the bump stops. It depends how low you want to go with it but those who want to make it undrivable tend to cut the bump stops off. If you want to raise it back up, just reverse what you did to lower in. In true haynes manual style

Re: lowering
cheers yes want to have some suspension its non existent right now ,do you only need to adjust one side ie remove the trailing arm and turn two notches think i have moved inner spline and outer up so will have a crack at the weekend to sort thanks broady
Re: lowering
In my experience, with the front you tend to only move the inside spline. You can see where the outer spline attaches inside the lower arm. Obviously for the inside spline it should be held in by a bolt.
The process I recall is too underdo said bolt, pull the arm off along with the torsion bar and move it around to where you want it. Measure the distance between the shock too and bottom bolts to make sure you’ve got it even.

Re: lowering
The inner spline is 29 teeth and the outer is 31 teeth so there is a nice vernier movement to be had of 5 minutes. So you can adjust it this way, or you can move the outer 1 spline. Which i seem to recall works out at about 1 inch at the end of the trailing arm.
Hope this helps

Re: lowering
from our phone call, i think it was item 4 you were talking about?
If it is, then you should have 1 of those either side. I think weve solved it
