David, if you want bits collecting, arrange it with peter, I'm happy to extend my offer to you.and any remaining space in my car can be stuffed full of type 4 bits for the clubs benefit if everyone is happy with that?

I got a lot of extra bits when I bought the 412 fasty from Kieron, interestingly a matching door to a spare I got when I bought the 412LS, I think a few people got together and broke one car & split the bits, some of which are now reunited.

We all know how this works, the same parts fail / get damaged on cars all the time, so my shopping list would have been chrome trim, wheelarch trim, spoons, front seat cables. None of those items would make the trip worthwhile, but I was thinking if I go in the estate car I'll be able to salvage a fair few items, just in case I didn't get the full complement of bits with the fasty, and for others in the future - you think it's hard getting type 3 bits.

I do appreciate what you are doing Peter and it isn't fair to ask you to list all the items in all the boxes that you haven't even seen yet, it's obvious you have been doing an awful lot already. The only things I have spotted is the bellows and fan for the 411/412 fastback & the accessory shelf, as you can count on your hands the numbers of those remaining I'd like to see those saved. Other than that I don't know what I would want until I saw it, that's why I was going to try pot luck.

edit... and Dave has now reminded me about master cylinders and petrol flap releases. :)
You're a good bit closer to me than Bath is so if you do go I'm happy to liaise with you, and I might have some bits here that you could use too.

I'll be taking the T6, so if anybody wants me to pick up stuff and store it until you can collect it/or I can deliver to Brighton Breeze or Slough Swapmeet.

I don't see any bad news here! Thank you for the information and your continuing hard work.
The on-line parts book I use doesn't list a winder with a C suffix but it's clearly a 2-door RHS which I would like to have. Broady_6 has offered to collect it for me but as I won't be anywhere near Lincoln any time soon, would you be willing to post it? (Along with the seat cables if the seats aren't taken.)

I've omitted to tell you all about the nos eberspacher glow plug( make me a silly offer!) & there's 1, round clutch cylinder probably unused (its going in Broadys car, you lot can figure it out between you!)
Theres also a gearbox, but it's been so long, I can't say for certain what it is.-see pics- hole for clutch cylinder, big rectangular plate underneath

Afraid I can't get down this coming weekend but I could really do with the volvo sill, just in case I can ever get enough repair panels together to rescue NHS70L! Peter, how much would the sill be? broady_6 would you be prepared to collect and store for me? Thanks to you both.

£20 for the sill?? please get the money to Broady! If that's too much, give him a budget & We'll make sure it gets to you (as long as its not really silly!)
The rest of You, please get your money to broady- it's not fair to expect him to pay for it all

69 was the cross over year so its neither early nor late. You'll have a mix of both bits.

And its not uncommon to take a grinder to a 3 bolt door, thus making it a 2 bolt
