On the yellow side it appears to say 40 something
I'd guess its for setting float/ needle height
But a bloody sight more expensive than feeler gauges!
Let's all tell Danny that he need them!
Look at his other items !

Clearly used/discoloured carb daiphragms, used/knackered schraeder valves

Whilst on the ebay subject Broady, Have you seen the guy selling carb gaskets? are they yours?
